WHAT IS COLLECTED
The training enquiry asks for a parent or guardian's contact details, the player's name and age, basketball background, training goals, preferred training format and any extra information voluntarily provided.
HOW IT IS USED
The information is used to respond to the enquiry, understand whether Skill Lab is a suitable fit, recommend a training option and organise sessions. It is not collected for unrelated marketing and is not sold to other organisations.
PLAYERS UNDER 18
A parent or guardian should submit the enquiry for a player under 18. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary for arranging basketball training.
STORAGE AND ACCESS
Enquiries are stored in the website database and may also be delivered by email when website email notifications are enabled. Reasonable steps should be taken by the website owner to keep hosting, database and email access secure.
CORRECTION OR DELETION
You can ask for enquiry information to be corrected or deleted by contacting Skill Lab on 021 958 166.
